Functions
Using low-temperature recycling equipment to cool, which can make the conditions of electrophoresis constant temperature, can not only guarantee the best result of experiments, but also effectually reduce the time.
The first dimension and the second dimension belong to independent structure, and make operation simple and convenient, avoiding leaking of old 2D caused by frequently exchanging rubber plugs.
The glass of the second dimension electrophoresis follows oblique design, which is convenient to change rubber stripes of the first dimension into the second dimension electrophoresis.

Glass board uses revolving buttons to fix even power, easy to operate, guarantee no leaking. The old cells follow iron clip to fix. Out of the variation of iron clip’s position or reducing flexibility, it is very easy to lead to leak buffer from the upper cell.
The first dimension and the second dimension all follow specific casting gel, which make ready gel simple and rapid.
