Principle：
After the protein was digested by trypsin, HPLC analyzes peptides. Peptide fingerprinting was obtained by different retention times separated in the RP column.

Samples Requirement：
Buffer is better of 50-100mmol NH4HCO3（pH 7.8-8.0）or other volatile buffers
Protein concentration: >1mg/ml ; total volumn:>1ml
Protein amount: >50pmol; purity>90%

Enzyme：dequencing-trypsin(promega)
Column：CTI (USA) C18, 2.1mm×50mm （214nm）
Wash condition：Solvent A ：0.1％TFA 99％H2O；SolventB：0.1％TFA 80％ACN
Gredient：0-5min 10％B，5-65min 10-100％B
