Creative Biogene Human Astrovirus (HAstV)Real Time RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of Human Astrovirus in serum, plasma or water samples by using real time PCR systems. Astroviruses are a type of virus that was first discovered in 1975 using electron microscopes following an outbreak of diarrhea in humans. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Human Astrovirus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
