ECALBIO Approved Drug Library includes 2,818 FDA, EMA, and NMPA-approved drug compounds, ideal for initial screening in drug discovery. Compounds are provided in DMSO and stored in 96-well V-bottom plates, each plate sealed with aluminum foil and labeled with a barcode for easy identification.

These compounds have passed extensive preclinical and clinical studies, with verified biological activity and safety, suitable for high-throughput screening (HTS) and high-content screening (HCS), especially large-scale screenings with fewer repetitions.

Traditional new drug development involves multiple steps such as target validation, compound screening, candidate compound selection, preclinical studies, and clinical trials, which is time-consuming and costly [1].
