Product introduction 
This kit adopts centrifugal columns and formulas developed by our company, and can extract high purity and quality of small RNA fragment from various animals and cells, such as 20-200nt miRNA, siRNA, and snRNA with high efficiency. The use of DNA-Cleaning Column allows for easy separation of supernatant from lytic cell content and removes genomic DNA. It is time-saving; this kind of RNA-only Column can efficiently bind to RNA with the help of a unique formula, while processing a large number of samples. 
 
The whole system is RNase-free, extracting miRNA without degradation; Buffer miRW1、Buffer miRW2 rinsing system make it possible for obtained RNA free from protein DNA, ions, and organic compounds contamination.
