Determination of Fumonisin (FB)  Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. Fumonisin  monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting Fumonisin   insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. Fumonisin   in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, Fumonisin   is eluted by using methanol.
