Determination of Ochratoxin (OTA)  Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. Ochratoxin monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting Ochratoxin  insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. Ochratoxin  in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, Ochratoxin  is eluted by using methanol.
