Determination of Zearalenone (ZON/ZEN)  Immunoaffinity Column is based on the antigen-antibody reaction. Zearalenone monoclonal antibody is coupled to agarose gel material. After extracting, filtering and diluting Zearalenone  insample, sample extracting solution slowly passes through the column. Zearalenone  in sample extracting solution combineswithspecific monoclonal antibody, meanwhile, impurities are eluted from the column along with washingsolution. Finally, Zearalenone  is eluted by using methanol.
