Test Procedure
1. Allow the test card, test sample and buffer to equilibrate to room temperature prior to testing. Remove the detection card from the pouch just prior to the testing and place it on a clean and level surface and mark the detection card with specimens’ number.
2. Reverse the sample extraction tube, and add 80 μL (about 4 drops) of test sample by squeezing the extracted solution tube into the sample well.
3. Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read in 15 minutes.
