IMP3（IMP3, U3 small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein) encodes the human homolog of the yeast Imp3 protein. The protein localizes to the nucleoli and interacts with the U3 snoRNP complex. The protein contains an S4 domain.

The antibody detects endogenous Imp3 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-10000, ELISA: 1:10000.
