PSMD6（proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 6) encodes a member of the protease subunit S10 family. The encoded protein is a subunit of the 26S proteasome which colocalizes with DNA damage foci and is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquinated proteins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
