BAGE2, also named as CT2.2, belongs to the BAGE family. BAGE2 is a candidate gene encoding tumor antigens. The antibody recognizes BAGE2 and BAGE3.
BAGE2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of BAGE2 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
