BAGE4, also named as MLL3P and CT2.4, belongs to the BAGE family. It is a candidate gene encoding tumor antigens. BAGE4 is Cancer/testis antigen 2.4. The antibody can recognize BAGE4, BAGE, BAGE3, BAGE5.
BAGE4 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of BAGE4 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
