RPS6KA1（ribosomal protein S6 kinase A1) encodes a member of the RSK (ribosomal S6 kinase) family of serine/threonine kinases. This kinase contains 2 nonidentical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including members of the mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. The activity of this protein has been implicated in controlling cell growth and differentiation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.

Phospho-Rsk-1 (T359/S363) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Rsk-1 protein only when phosphorylated at T359/S363.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
