PPP2CA（protein phosphatase 2 catalytic subunit alpha) encodes the phosphatase 2A catalytic subunit. Protein phosphatase 2A is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases, and it is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. It consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits. PPP2CA encodes an alpha isoform of the catalytic subunit.

Phospho-PP2A-Cα (Y307) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of PP2A-Cα protein only when phosphorylated at Y307.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
