TBL2 encodes a member of the beta-transducin protein family. Most proteins of the beta-transducin family are involved in regulatory functions. transducin beta like 2 is possibly involved in some intracellular signaling pathway. TBL2 is deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome, a developmental disorder caused by deletion of multiple genes at 7q11.23.

TBL2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of TBL2 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
