MARCH3 encodes a member of the membrane-associated RING-CH (MARCH) family. The membrane associated ring-CH-type finger 3 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that may be involved in regulation of the endosomal transport pathway.
MARCH3 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of 40605 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
