TOB1 encodes a member of the transducer of erbB-2 /B-cell translocation gene protein family. Members of this family are anti-proliferative factors that have the potential to regulate cell growth. The transducer of ERBB2, 1 may function as a tumor suppressor. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Phospho-TOB1 (S164) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of TOB1 protein only when phosphorylated at S164.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
