APOL6 is a member of the apolipoprotein L gene family. The apolipoprotein L6 is found in the cytoplasm, where it may affect the movement of lipids or allow the binding of lipids to organelles.
ApoL6 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ApoL6 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
