Alpha-1B-glycoprotein encoded by A1BG is a plasma glycoprotein of unknown function. The protein shows sequence similarity to the variable regions of some immunoglobulin supergene family member proteins.
A1BG Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of A1BG protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-300 ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
