TACC3 encodes a member of the transforming acidic colied-coil protein family. The transforming acidic coiled-coil-containing protein 3 is a motor spindle protein that may play a role in stabilization of the mitotic spindle. This protein may also play a role in growth a differentiation of certain cancer cells.

TACC3 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of TACC3 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
