MOB kinase activator 3B encoded by MOB3B shares similarity with the yeast Mob1 protein. Yeast Mob1 binds Mps1p, a protein kinase essential for spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation. MOB3B is located on the opposite strand as the interferon kappa precursor (IFNK) gene.
Mob3B Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Mob3B protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
