EPS8L2 encodes a member of the EPS8 gene family. The encoded protein(EPS8 like 2),like other members of the family, is thought to link growth factor stimulation to actin organization, generating functional redundancy in the pathways that regulate actin cytoskeletal remodeling.

Eps8L2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of Eps8L2 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
