ARMCX2 encodes a protein(armadillo repeat containing, X-linked 2) containing a potential N-terminal transmembrane domain and multiple armadillo (arm) repeats. Proteins containing arm repeats are involved in development, maintenance of tissue integrity, and tumorigenesis. ARMCX2 is located in a cluster of related genes on chromosome X. There is a pseudogene for ARMCX2 on chromosome 7. Alternative splicing in the 5' UTR results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.
ARMCX2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ARMCX2 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
