The function of ARMC6's protein product has not been determined. A related protein in mouse suggests that this protein(armadillo repeat containing 6) has a conserved function. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for ARMC6.
ARMC6 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ARMC6 protein.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
