Description: Monoclonal Antibody to Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE)

Specificity: Gamma enolase.  Specific for the gamma subunit without detectable cross-reactivity with the alpha or beta subunits.  Reacts with 45kD band corresponding to NSE in immunoblotting of human brain extracts.  

Host Animal: Mouse.  Hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
