Description: Monoclonal Antibody to total Prostate Specific Antigen (tPSA)

Specificity: The total Prostatic Specific Antigen (tPSA) is a tumor associated antigen with a molecular weight of 34Kd.  This antigen is found in normal prostatic epithelial lining cells of the ducts and acini, as well as, in primary and metastatic prostate carcinoma cells.

Immunogen: PSA prepared from human seminal fluid.

Format: Purified, Liquid

Concentration: 1~5mg/ml

Applications: Immunohistochemistry on frozen or paraffin sections.  Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
