Principle
Formalin (Formaldehyde) Assay Kit is based on determined by colorimetric assay.  Formalin react with phloroglucinol and produce orange-red complex, in contrast with color card can accurately indicate the presence of Formalin in the Edible food, fish products and vegetables.
