M13KO7 is an M13 phage with a Met40IIe mutation in the gII gene, with the replication origin of P15A and the Tn903 kanamycin resistance gene, two fragments inserted into the replication origin of M13. M13KO7 can replicate in the absence of phage DNA. When there is a phage with a wild-type M13 or f1 replication starting point, the single-stranded phage can be fully packaged and secreted into the medium, so it is often used in the construction of phage display antibody libraries.bio-equip.cn
