Principle
TaqMan™ GMO Screening Kit is the real-time PCR assay of GMO DNA.This kit is widely used to detect DNA of GMO pCaMV 35S, tNOS, pFMV 34S, Plant 18S rRNA in plant tissue samples, food, feed and other samples. It is used for CaMV35S promoters, NOS terminators, etc. Aided diagnosis of FMV 34S promoter and Plant 18S rRNA gene. This product does not provide live samples for positive control, only provides synthetic specific DNA fragment standard as a positive contrast, only for professional scientific research use, shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
These regulatory elements are used in the majority of GMOs approved by the EU and are described in GMO databases throughout the world.
