Principle: The kit uses pre-coated homocysteine capture antibody. Samples, standards and HRP-conjugated detection antibody are added sequentially to form immune complexes. TMB substrate is used for color development. The OD value at 450 nm is positively correlated with the Hcy concentration in the sample.
