The Olaquindox (OQX) ELISA Test Kit is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay.
The Olaquindox has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the Olaquindox antibody. If the Olaquindox residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the Olaquindox antibody, thereby preventing the antibody attached to the well, last, take coloration with TMB substrate. The samples A value is an inverse relationship with OQX residue content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the OQX residues in sample.
