1. Testing Background of Soybean ANFs
A variety of new technologies and methods for eliminating the ANFs (antinutritional factors)in the soybean and its by products have been developed in the market, such as puffing, expansion, enzymatic hydrolysis, microbial fermentation etc., with the improvement of soybean processing technology. However, the degree of damage to ANFs varies greatly according to the technological level of various methods which is also the main factor for determining product quality. Therefore, it is very important to establish a rapid and accurate testing method to judge the quality of soybean processed products.
Presently the main testing methods for Soybean ANFs are SDS-PAGE, HPLC and HPLC-MS, However, the testing methods based on liquid phase and electrophoresis are not user-friendly in terms of operability, testing cost and testing efficiency, we originally developed the ANFs testing method based on ELISA platform which is combined the production, learning and research mode of the National Feed Center.
