The Influenza A/B Virus Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR) is suitable for Genotyping detection of Influenza A/B virus RNA. This kit, using two pairs of specific primers and two pairs of specific fluorescence probes, prepared with components of PCR reaction solution, Reverse Transcriptase polymerase, and five kinds of nucleotide monomers (dNTPs), adopts PCR amplification in vitro to detect Influenza A/B virus RNA.
