Principle
Microcystins ELISA test kit is based on is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative detection of Microcystin toxin in surface water samples, with an assay quantitative range from 0.0625 to 1 parts per billion (ppb).
(See the Appendix at the end of this package insert describing an alternate assay protocol, suitable for use with colorless and/or potable water samples, with a quantitative range from 0.0625 to 1.0ppb.)
