REAGEN^™ Nitrite Assay Kit is a cuvette-based enzymatic assay for the determination of Nitrate/Nitrite across a variety of food samples. The kit uses a spectrophotometric, kinetic assay to detect the enzymatic degradation of Nitrate/Nitrite directly from food samples.
