Principle
one-step TUNEL apoptosis detection kit based on TUNEL method, which is exposed to TdT enzyme catalysis and exposure of apoptotic cell break genomic DNA fragments. The 3-OH end of the catalyzed incorporation of fluorescein-dUTP allows for the detection of apoptosis in a single step without the need for additional fluorescent dyes and overnight manipulation, especially for the detection of advanced apoptosis or DNA fragmentation. The kit does not require overnight operation and the experiment is completed in one to three hours.
