Intended Use and Test Principle
This kit is based on the principle of fluorescent PCR technology, for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes. Specific primers & probes are designed to detect the highly specific regions of Listeria monocytogenes. The reaction system contains UNG enzyme to reduce the occurrence of false positive reactions caused by aerosols.
