Microwave Digestion Basalt Fiber Reinforced Vessel Sleeve
Material: Basalt Fiber reinforced PEEK. 
Made from a composite material of continuous basalt fiber and PEEK, it can also be coated with PTFE or PFA.
It is explosion-proof and crack-resistant,offering significantly improved overall performance in terms of pressure resistance and corrosion resistance compared to traditional PEEK canisters.
It has a pressure resistance of up to 100 MPa (approximately 14500 psi) and a temperature resistance of 300℃, ensuring user safety.
It also features high wave transmission and rapid heating.
Basalt fiber is a new type of inorganic, environmentally friendly, high-performance fiber material composed of oxides such as silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, iron oxide, and titanium dioxide.
In China, basalt fiber is listed as one of the four key fibers for development (carbon fiber,aramid fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and basalt fiber), and industrial production has been achieved.
Basalt continuous fiber has been widely used in many fields, including fiber-reinforced composite materials, friction materials, shipbuilding materials, thermal insulation materials, automotive industry, high-temperature filter fabrics, and protective applications.
Basalt fiber possesses excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal shock stability, remaining unchanged even at 650℃. It also exhibits durability, weather resistance, UV resistance, water resistance, and oxidation resistance comparable to natural basalt rock.
Furthermore, basalt fiber possesses high elastic modulus and tensile strength, a high sound absorption coefficient, good electrical insulation and dielectric properties, natural silicate compatibility, low moisture absorption, and a low thermal conductivity. These excellent physical and chemical properties make basalt fiber widely applicable.
Applications of Basalt Fiber:
Structural Reinforcement and High Temperature Resistance
Basalt fiber's performance characteristics, including high strength and high temperature resistance, make it excellent as a structural reinforcement material. Its tensile strength is comparable to high-strength glass fiber, while its elastic modulus is superior to aramid and ordinary glass fiber. It is suitable for high-temperature environments such as aerospace. Furthermore, basalt fiber exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, enabling its use over a wide temperature range. Short-term temperature resistance can even reach 1000℃, and it can operate stably for extended periods at 760℃.
