This product is a new type of pharmaceutical packaging material. Liquid medication is directly stored in the cartridge, which serves as a standard packaging container
for storing the drug. When in use, the cartridge is loaded into the Pen Injector along with an injection needle. By pushing the rubber stopper in the cartridge forward, the
liquid medication is administered into the body through a disposable needle.

the silicone oil coating, which also achieves depyrogenation.

·Nest Box Assembly: The appropriate spacing between the wells in the nest tray prevents glass-to-glass contact, reducing the risk of container breakage and enhancing

Sterilization by electronic beam irradiation.
The Rhodotron TT200 electron accelerator which imported from the IBA company, Belgium. A world leader in the E-Beam sterilization industry. Sterilization process has been certified by the ISO 11137 quality system. Compared with sterilization by cobalt 60 or ethylene oxide sterilization, sterilization by electronic beam irradiation, is more efficiently and safety. It costs less time and without any chemical residues.
