Unisol Amide (HILIC)

Unisol Amide stationary phase is manufactured from high purity spherical silica bonded with a neutral hydrophilic amide group. It can be used as normal phase, reversed phase, or hydrophilic interaction HPLC. It is especially useful for the separation of strong hydrophilic compounds, weather they are acidic, basic or neutral. It offers an excellent solution for purifying highly polar compounds.Characteristics: Pore Size: 100Å, 120Å, 300Å;

Carbon Loading 8%, 6%, 2%; Available Particle Size: 5µm,10µm; pH: 2.0-8.0.Performance
