Mineral Oil Centrifugal Separators are mainly applied to marine mineral oil and land mineral oil purification. At present, the main application of that includes the treatment of marine diesel oil, marine heavy fuel oil, marine lubricating oil, land power plant lubricating oil, engine testing oil, gas turbine oil and crude oil etc. SHENZHOU centrifuge machine can separate water and solid particles from oil. The purified oil and separated oil will be continuously pumped oil while the sludge separated will be drained out regularly. The machine is composed of inlet and outlet device, frame of machine, rotary drum,vertical shaft,shaft coupling and water distribution device.

Biodiesel is an oxygen-containing clean fuel, with good lubricity, safe storage, transportation, use, good explosion resistance, biodegradable, renewable resources, non-toxic, combustion safety and other advantages. It can be used vegetable fat, animal fat, oil soap feet and other lipids, swill oil as raw materials, through a new transesterification centrifugal separation process and obtained.

Our dish separators efficiently separate the transesterification reaction mixture into the heavy phase (glycerin and methyl ester) and the light phase (biodiesel) , while removing a small amount of solid impurities. The separation process is continuous and completely closed, and the PLC is fully automatic control.

Explosion-proof mode of motor explosion-proof and nitrogen-filled explosion-proof two configurations. The design, manufacture and acceptance of the separator shall be strictly in accordance with the national standards GB10897 and GB10898.
