Swing tubular centrifuge

The Swing tubular centrifuge consists of several components including the body frame, body column, head assembly, liquid collection tray assembly, rotating tube assembly, lower sliding bearing assembly, rotating mechanism assembly, and motor drive assembly.

To operate, the motor transmits power via the transmission belt and pressure pulley to the small pulley and main shaft on the machine head, driving the rotating bowl to spin at high speed. Feed liquid is then injected into the bowl from the bottom feed port where it is forced to separate into different layers under the strong centrifugal force.
