Introduction
RWD Brain matrices are made of durable stainless steel, which can be heated, chilled, autoclaved and scrubbed. It can be used for dissect fresh or fixed mice or rat brain and get reproducible sections. Each section can be as thin as 0.5 mm or 1 mm. Coronal matrices have a sagittal mid-line to split the left and right hemispheres. The olfactory/spinal/notch is cut into each matrix. The mouse brain matrix is also fit to the neonatal rat brain.
