Introduction

The research of anti-myocardial ischemia medicine is always a main part of research and development of new medicine of cardiovascular system. In this research field, experimental animal model of ligating amterior decdnding branch of coronary artery to cause myocardial ischemia of Beagle dogs is an important and commonly used experimental model.
