PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
The inner chamber is made of S30408, the jacket is made of pressure vessel special steel plate. The manufacture adopts advanced welding technology and detection means to ensure reliable and durable of the autoclave;
The whole process of sterilization adopts microcomputer control, high degree of automation, color touch screen dynamically displays operating temperature, pressure, time, sterilization stage and other parameters, the operation is more intuitive and convenient;
Equipped with several sets of sterilization procedure (fabric, instruments, liquid, etc.), operational parameters also can be set according to the actual situation of the user;
Vacuum test and BD test program, vacuum leak rate is less than 0.13Kpa/min;
The safety interlock device meets the requirements of the regulations;
 (1) Sterilization program cannot be started if the door is not closed and locked;
 (2) When pressure in chamber, the locking device works to prevent the hand wheel rotating to ensure user safety;
Mechanical compression type seal ring which has good sealing effect and long service life;
PID temperature control function, select it to correct heating control parameters automatically, to prevent the temperature overshoot occurs;
Notes:
The self-produced steam autoclave is equipped with steam generator and water pump, the functions are as follows:
 (1) The water pump has the automatic add water function, so that the water level in the steam generator can be controlled in a reasonable range;
 (2) When the water level in the steam generator reaches the minimum, the electric power supply will be cut off with the alarm;
 (3) The pressure controller to control the pressure in the steam generator, a safety valve for overpressure protection.
