Sanitary Grade Angle Aeat Valve
The Sanitary Grade Angle Aeat Valve is a directional valve controlled by a single acting pneumatic actuator with spring safety protection, typically made of PTFE gaskets and sealing seats to prevent medium flow.

Open and close through pneumatic operation, mainly used in industrial automation fluid control, food processing, and wet heat sterilization cabinets
This valve can be divided into normally open or normally closed types according to working conditions, suitable for gas, liquid, and steam flow control, and has the characteristics of sensitive response and precise action
Its main body is made of stainless steel casting, and the sealing material is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has strong corrosion resistance. The maximum working pressure can reach 2.5MPa, and the medium temperature covers -20 ℃ to 300 ℃
The connection methods include threaded, quick install, flange, and welded, and the actuator is divided into two types: plastic and stainless steel. The corner seat structure can reduce water hammer effect, equipped with a radiator to extend the service life of the actuator, and has valve opening and closing status display function
During installation, adjustments should be made according to the flow direction of the medium: liquid is recommended to flow in direction A to reduce impact, while steam or gas is recommended to flow in direction B to enhance sealing.
Electric position indicators, position and process controllers, sensor systems, and measuring equipment can be easily and quickly installed and integrated into existing process control technologies.
Globe valves are suitable for controlling and regulating inert or slightly corrosive liquids, gases, or vapors.
