Sanitary diaphragm valves
Sanitary diaphragm valves are valves suitable for fluid related industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, dairy products, beverages, chemicals, cosmetics, food, electronics, etc.


Its design aims to meet the requirements of no dead corners, no leaks, easy cleaning, easy maintenance, etc., in order to reduce the operating costs of enterprises. All membranes used comply with FDA/USP classification and TSE/ADI standards,
The film complies with the safety standards set by authoritative agencies such as FDA and UPS for the pharmaceutical and food industries. Its structure usually separates the valve body and valve cover with a diaphragm, so that the upper parts such as the valve stem are not corroded by the medium, achieving a leak free seal.
The flow channel adopts streamlined or Y-shaped design to reduce resistance, and the valve body is precision polished to meet the requirements of sterility and no dead corners.
The nominal pressure range is usually between 0.6MPa and 1.6MPa, and the applicable temperature range can reach -30 ℃ to 150 ℃.
The valve body material is mostly stainless steel (such as SUS304, SUS316L), and the connection methods include quick installation, welding, flanges, etc.
The product is widely used in systems with high sterile requirements such as biopharmaceuticals and injection water. Typical applications include fermentation tanks, preparation tanks, filling machines, sterile filters, etc

Valve body: 316L stainless steel, inner cavity mirror/electrolytic polishing (Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m)
Diaphragm: EPDM, silicone, FKM, PTFE coated (food/pharmaceutical grade)
Valve stem/actuator: manual (handwheel), pneumatic, electric
Valve seat: Smooth weir type/straight through structure, no dead corners
2. Working principle
Close: Valve stem pressed down → Diaphragm bent tightly against valve seat → Cut off flow channel
Open: Valve stem up → Diaphragm rebound → Smooth flow channel
Key: The diaphragm completely isolates the medium from the upper drive mechanism, with no packing or leakage

Pneumatic (most commonly used): normally closed/normally open/pneumatic type, equipped with solenoid valve, feedback, locator

Quick installation (clamp/Tri Clamp): the most commonly used, quick to disassemble and easy to clean
• Welding: butt welding/socket welding, permanent sealing, no dead corners
