Working Principle of rotary evaporator :
The equipment for purification distillation test rotates and shapes a thin film in negative pressure condition by heating, evaporates efficiently, and then condenses and recollects solvent to purify and separate.
Use of rotary evaporator :
1. Rotary evaporator is mainly used for pharmaceutical, chemical and bio-pharmaceutical industry concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and dissolution of coal recovery.
2. Distillation of solvent,Soxhlet extraction,Powder and grannules drying,Recycling of solvent,Synthesis and purifying of fine chimicals under the reduced pressure vacuum condition.
3. Rotary Evaporators can be matched with Water Jet Flow Vacuum Pump and Recyclable Chiller to form the total system.
4. Also, Rotary Evaporators can be matched with Diaphragm Vacuum Pump and Refrigrerated Circulator to form the complete set.
