ZYNJQX Sterile Pure Water Machine
ZYNJQX Countertop Water Distiller uses the technology of reverse osmosis to produce RO pure water for hospital such as operating room, supply room, endoscopic washing, stomatology department, clinical laboratory, gynaecology and obstetrics, wassergeburt and so on. With the conductivity sensor that on-line monitoring of water quality to ensure the pure water fits for hospital requirement.

Features
- Raw water reinforced purification device (PP+AC+KDF+NIPHOS), automatic backwashing and self-cleaning function, no frequent replacement;
- The desalination rate of RO reverse osmosis membrane is as high as 99%, and the system is automatically flushed after the start time is 18 seconds and the water intake is completed;
- It has the functions of system power-on self-test, automatic water production, automatic flushing, automatic shutdown of raw water shortage/water tank full, high and low pressure protection, etc.;
- The built-in liquid crystal display monitors the water quality online in real time. The measurement range of RO pure water is 0~200us/cm (conductivity), the temperature sensitivity is ≤±0.1℃, and the water temperature is automatically compensated to improve the accuracy of water quality;
- With raw water indication, flushing indication, water full indication, pure water backup indication, system water shortage, excessive discharge, operation of ultraviolet digestion equipment and other indication functions.
Working Process of Pure Water Machine
1. Pretreatment system: PP filter + AC filter + PP filter;
* PP filter: efficiently filtrate particles, algo, rust, silt, parts of organics and other impurities whose diameter is larger than 5um.
* AC filter: adsorb residual chlorine, color, smell, etc.
2. Reverse osmosis system: It has high removal rate more than 99% for high valent ions, colloids, bacteria and organic matter (including endotoxin) with molecular weight greater than 300Dalton.
3. Disinfection system: UV lamp and ozone generator can ensure all parts' cleanning.
